Three functional bodies — Transport for London, the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime, and London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority — are responsible for delivery of services in these areas.

Greater London Authority (GLA)Disabled Londoners have been disproportionately impacted by changes to the tax and benefits system and the introduction of Universal Credit (UC) has hit disabled Londoners particularly hard. Cuts to civil society organisations and Local Authority budgets have also reduced support for disabled Londoners.
